Supervision

Supervision serves, among other things, to reflect on the work context and, in this context, to promote professional and personal development. It can help to (re)discover one's own resources, experience support, and reflect on processes. An important element is examining one's own behavior (thoughts, feelings, impulses, actions) towards patients, often involving the entire team and in relation to the organization.
We offer individual, group, case and team supervision.
A special feature of our practice is case supervision for diagnostic cases (ADHD/Autism) for individual and group practices that want to specialize in neuroaffirmative diagnostics.
Furthermore, supervision is available as part of the psychotherapy training. Ms. Kleickmann is recognized by various institutes (including CIP Munich and DGVT) and accredited by the PTK.
