About us

We are a collaborative psychotherapeutic practice with a dedicated focus on neurodivergence. Our team is composed of licensed psychotherapists specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

We offer professional, evidence-based psychotherapy for neurodivergent individuals as well as for anyone with a clinical indication for treatment. In addition, we provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments—particularly in the area of neurodivergence—to support clarity, self-understanding, and access to appropriate care.

We also offer clinical supervision, peer consultation (intervision), and continuing professional education on neurodivergence for mental health professionals and related fields.

I am Maria Etlender, a psychologist and licensed psychological psychotherapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

My clinical and academic work centers on neurodivergence, with a particular focus on autism and ADHD, including their co-occurrence (AuDHD). I am also especially interested in related phenomena such as alexithymia and aphantasia.

Working with autistic individuals is a deeply meaningful part of my practice. Alongside my clinical work, I am actively engaged in research and regularly attend international scientific conferences and advanced professional trainings. I am a member of the International Society for Autism Research (INSAR) and am currently pursuing doctoral research in this field. Staying closely connected to emerging research in neurodivergence is an integral part of my professional identity.

Beyond my therapeutic work, I teach at psychotherapy training institutes, universities, and hospitals, and serve on the board of the Alexithymia Research International Alliance (ARIA). My aim is to contribute to a lasting improvement in care for neurodivergent individuals through scientifically grounded, neuroaffirmative and queer-affirmative, evidence-based diagnostic assessment and psychotherapy.

I am Clarissa Kleickmann, a licensed psychological psychotherapist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

For many years, I have worked with great dedication and enthusiasm in the field of neurodivergence, supporting children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. Creating a therapeutic space characterized by warmth, respect, and genuine appreciation is especially important to me.

Through an open and transparent therapeutic relationship, I aim to support you in regaining a sense of agency and confidence in shaping your life. My goal is to help you (re)develop coping strategies that feel authentic and sustainable, enabling you to navigate even challenging situations with greater clarity and self-trust.
